Vale Internet Solutions Ltd carries out web development, with a focus on small and medium enterprises. It prepares websites including the areas of E-Commerce, Web Marketing and Database Integration. The Company has been operational for two and a half years, and is based in Porthcawl, in Bridgend County Borough. The Company Director, will be taking responsibility for environmental issues.

Vale Internet Solutions Ltd understands that its operations have an impact on the local and global environment and it committed to the continual environmental improvement of its activities.

Vale Internet Solutions Ltd will:

• Be committed to complying with all environmental legislation and industry standards, it will achieve this by obtaining updates from Groundwork Bridgend and Neath Port Talbot and other internet sources.
• Aim to prevent pollution by keeping the amount of paper used by the Company, and therefore sent to landfill (a source of land, air and water pollution) to a minimum. Paper waste that is generated is recycled. The Company also aim to encourage other companies to do likewise.
• Work towards an Environmental Improvement Plan, based on the findings of an initial Environmental Review, which will be reviewed regularly and updated annually.
• Ensure all staff are committed to the EMS, aware of their roles within the system and aware of the Environmental Policy.
• Display this Policy on site where both staff and visitors can be made aware of it, and display it on our website, making it available to all interested parties.
• Review this Policy at least annually for relevance and update if the specific need arises.
